Commission rates on listings start at 4.5% of the gross sale price. However, if Broker acts as a dual agent as defined in the Consumer Notice provided, procures a buyer, and does not have to pay a cooperating broker commission, Sassi Real Estate will collect a total of 3% of the gross sale price instead of 4.5%.
If buyer is procured by a cooperating broker and Broker has to pay a cooperating broker commission, Sassi Real Estate will collect the full 4.5% and pay cooperating broker a commission of 2.5% of the gross sale price. Feel free to call me for an estimate of what I can save YOU!
It's simple. We collect half of the commission paid to us and request that the other half is credited back to you from the sellers in the form of a seller assist toward your closing costs.*
